It is clear to me that if claims people paid for appropriate care, instead of denying it, and employers considered how to get their injured employers back to work either with them or a different employer, nobody would need an attorney. Unfortunately, as you point out, both of these stories involve ignoring the rules and increasingly adjusters have no discretion to do what is right.
