I hear their stories and I feel the frustrations, then the real work begins to find a way through that muck back to not what is possible but what is achieved and new for injured workers. <br /><br /> The faces that once held nothing but lines of stress and strain, hearts that once only held fear of not just the future in all its lengths but fear of the evening meal and fear of the tomorrows, soon turn into smiles and laughter. <br /><br /> The cant's disappear and are replaced by solid outcomes. <br /><br /> All of it is done on the single belief that every injured worker holds one thing as true, and that is they have a work ethic. <br /> After that the rest is easy.
